It’s time to plan our 2020 Calendar and GGBA would love to share your talent.
If you are interested in contributing, please submit up to three high resolution jpg photos, taken in the nine Bay Area counties to lweir@goldengatebirdalliance.org.
Photos must be printable at 300dpi at 9″ x 12″. (Note: Your photo may be chosen as a “thumbnail” to appear inside the calendar date boxes, but all submissions need to be printable at 9″ x 12″ as an option) Photos should not have the photographer’s name on the front.
Please label photos with name of species, location, and any other relevant information. Deadline is July 6.
Action shots of bird behavior highly desired: foraging, swimming, courting, pollinating, provisioning their young, singing, flying,etc.
Golden Gate Bird Alliance is a membership organization, so once each year we ask our members to vote for members of GGBA’s board. Voting may take place online, in our Berkeley office, or at our monthly Speaker Series beginning in May and must be completed by June 30, 2019. Members can also call the office at 510-843-2222 and request to have a paper ballot mailed to them.
